Zebner Elliott, 67 of Toccoa, Georgia, passed away peacefully on October 13, 2022. at his residence. Born in Oconee County SC he was the son of the late Lennie Holbrook's Capps of Westminster SC and Zebner Paul Elliott Sr of Toccoa Georgia. Mr. Elliott was a construction worker and was of the Baptist faith. He took great pleasure in his work as well as his hunting and fishing. He is survived by wife Teresa Frances Elliott of Toccoa Georgia. Brother Donald Thomas of Westminster SC 4 sister's Lynn McDowell of Westminster Linda Baldwin and Lisa Capps of Walhalla SC and Jackie Henry of Pickens SC. In addition to his family he was preceded in death by O'Neil Capps of Walhalla. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Acree David is in charge of arrangements.
