It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Zelma Phillips, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many. Zelma left this world on March 31st, 2023 in Waco, Texas, surrounded by her family.
Zelma was born on October 4th, 1962, and grew up in the town of Waco. She lived a full and happy life, always surrounded by loved ones and a community of friends. Zelma was known for her infectious smile, quick wit, and love of life. She had a heart of gold and was always willing to lend a helping hand or a listening ear.
Zelma was an accomplished cook and loved nothing more than hosting family and friends for epic dinner parties. She was also a talented quilter and spent many hours crafting beautiful works of art that will be cherished by her loved ones for years to come.
One of Zelma's greatest joys in life was being a grandmother. She loved nothing more than spending time with her grandchildren and always had a stash of sweet treats waiting for them whenever they visited.
Zelma will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her husband, children, grandchildren, and friends. Rest in peace, Zelma.
