Dale Glenn Kennedy, age 87, of Macomb Township passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2015 at St. John Macomb Hospital in Warren.He was born on Oct. 3, 1927 in Oscoda to Roy and Mae (nee Kelly) Kennedy. He was life long resident of Oscoda.Dale served in the U.S. Army and was a butcher at the Cecil & Ebert IGA store in Oscoda.He was husband for almost 40 years to the late Pauline M. (ne Coppler) Kennedy.He is survived by son, Dale "Kirk" (Kimberly) Kennedy of Macomb Township. He was predeceased by a son, Terry L. Kennedy.He was grandfather of Christopher (Jeanette) Kennedy of Auburn Hills and Melissa Kennedy of Carey, Ohio; and brother of Larry (Sally) Kennedy of Warren and Donna (Robert) Graham of Sterling Heights.A graveside service with U.S. Army honors will be held Saturday, Sept. 5, at 11 a.m. in the Pinecrest Cemetery on Adams Street in Oscoda (AuSable Twp.).
