Glenn Louis Kaiser of Grand Blanc, Michigan, age 96, went to his Heavenly Home on Saturday, April 6, 2024. Glenn was born on May 30th, 1927, to Paul and Theresa Kaiser. He attended and graduated from the Detroit School of Business. Glenn proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was married to Ruth Francis Barber and started his career working for the JF Ivory Soap Company. Later, Glenn worked for Buick Motor Division as an accountant. He proudly had a new home built in Warren, Michigan before being promoted at Buick and moving to Grand Blanc. After retiring, Glenn and Ruth enjoyed the thrill of moving and meeting new friends. Glenn and Ruth had multiple residences during retirement including Punta Gorda, Florida, Athens, GA, and Valparaiso, Indiana. Glenn loved fishing and giving travel logs about his travels overseas. Glenn had many hobbies; he was a fisherman and avid coin collector and also authored a book titled “Joseph of Nazareth”. He was an American legion member and a lifelong Christian, attending 1st Presbyterian Church in Flint, Michigan. Glenn is survived by his three sons: Jeffrey, Randy, and Bradley. Glenn is also survived by his 4 grandchildren: Emily Crowe, Ryan Kaiser (Theresa), Katie Easley (Tom), and Thomas Kaiser (Abbey) and 5 great-grandchildren: Jonah, Samantha, Anna, ;Sydney, and Stella. Glenn was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth; daughter, Jane; brothers, Robert and George; and sister, Francis. A memorial service will take place at a later date.
