Jacqueline Joan Szoldrak, age 62, of Oscoda and formerly of Garden City died on Thursday, April 19, 2012 at her home. She was born on Jan. 12, 1950 in Windsor, Ontario, Canada to Francis and Agnes Hall (nee Hughes). Jacqueline worked for 30 years for Ford Motor Company as a machine operator. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, animals and spending time with family. Jacqueline is survived by her husband, Erling Szoldrak, whom she married in 1992; daughter, Kimberly (Darrell) Hammond of Macomb Township; son, Richard Douglas of Macomb Township; daughter, Eileen (Thomas) Finstad of Norway; father, Jean Eroyan of Sebastian, Fla.; brother, Stuart (Yvonne) Hall; brother, Jay (Phyllis) Eroyan; and six grandchildren, Derek Heilstedt, Colin, Alyssa and Shane Hammond and Maria and Jonas Finstad. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Agnes; and sister, Monica Sypien (Eroyan).The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 26 from 10 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 1 p.m. at Buresh Funeral Home in Oscoda.
