Jannette Elena VillarrealDimondaleJannette Elena (Jones) Villarreal, 51, of Dimondale, passed away at her home on Sunday, July 2, 2017. Jannette was born on December 6, 1965 in Traverse City, Michigan, the daughter of Ashley (Arlene) and Linda Jones. She was a 1984 graduate of Potterville High School and was employed by Michigan National Bank, Looking Glass Realty and the Michigan Osteopathic Association. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed working in her flower gardens. Jannette also loved knitting and crocheting, during the winter she crocheted rugs and donated them to the Humane Society. Shopping was another favorite hobby,  Jannette absolutely loved shopping for shoes and clothing. She enjoyed designing and selling her jewelry at different craft shows around the area. Jannette also loved to travel, each year she would travel to Mackinac Island for a weekend getaway, and she also enjoyed visiting family and friends in New Hampshire. She cherished her 1972 Hurst Olds Convertible given to her by her father. Above all Jannette loved her family. She will be remembered for being very giving, for having a loving heart, being generous of her time and talents and also for her own resiliency.Jannette was preceded in death by her mother, Linda (Tanner) Jones; son, Jacob Villarreal; and sister, Sarah Jones. Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Ashley and Arlene Jones, of Potterville, MI; brother, Mark Jones of Farmington, MI; two very special friends Amy and Phil Kelso of Charlotte, MI; and her two precious goldens, Rocky and Riley.The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 6, 2017, from 2-4:00 p.m. and 6-8:00 p.m. at Pray Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held Friday, July 7, 2017 at 10:30 a.m., at Pray Funeral Home with Rev. Fr. Dwight Ezop officiating. Interment will take place at Dewitt Cemetery.
