He was married to Willow Sage Blackwood in 1974 and they had one child, David Row, who is survived by his spouse Jasperod Blackwood.
Jasper was a loving husband and father, dedicated to his family and always willing to lend a helping hand. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
David Row attended Oakwood Preparatory Academy high school and will forever cherish the memories he shared with his beloved father. Jasper's legacy will live on through his family and the impact he had on those around him.
