Kenneth Edward Georgieff, age 34, of Oscoda died Saturday, Oct. 8, 2011 at his home. He was born on Sept. 9, 1977 in Tecumseh. A former resident of Tawas City, he lived and worked in Oscoda most of his life. Kenneth loved hunting, fishing and camping and enjoyed the outdoors. He also enjoyed watching NASCAR racing with his friends. Kenneth is survived by his loving mother, Diana L. Georgieff; his fiancee, Debra Lynn Armstrong; his children, Aaron Michael Georgieff of Mio, Myah Lee Georgieff of Mio and Daytona Marie Georgieff of East Tawas; brother, Michael E. Georgieff (Jen) of Southgate; two half brothers, Michael Scott and Shayne Scott; sisters, Michelle Lynn Anderson (John) of Taylor and Rebecca Bryant of Southgate; one half sister, Michelle Scott; and four step daughters, Katrina, Krissy, Krystal and Ashley. Kenneth is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Evelyn Anderson; great grandmother, Cora Adams; great aunt Sylvia; uncle, Richard Bell; and cousin, Steven Ray Douglas.A memorial service will be held at Pentecostal Lighthouse Church in Oscoda on Saturday, Oct. 15 at 2 p.m. with Pastor Steven Goss officiating.
