Laurence Garland, known to friends and family as Larry, passed away on May 31, 2025 in Detroit, Michigan at the age of 46.

Born on April 3, 1979 to Lamont and Mary Garland, Laurence grew up in Detroit and lived a vibrant and adventurous life. He married the love of his life, Amber Garland, in 2017 and they shared many happy years together.

Laurence was a beloved husband, son, and friend to many. He had a passion for cars and could often be found working on his latest project in the garage. He had a great sense of humor and a contagious laugh that could brighten anyone's day.

Although Laurence and Amber did not have any children of their own, they cherished their extended family and friends as if they were their own. Laurence will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and larger-than-life personality.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Rest in peace, Laurence
