Linda L. RuggBattle CreekLinda L. Rugg age 69, of Battle Creek, passed away on Thursday, March 30, 2017.  She was born on April 3, 1947 in Battle Creek, Michigan, the daughter of  Delvin and Bertha (Reid) Darling.  Linda was a lifelong area resident, graduating from Springfield High School in 1965.  She was employed from 1983 to 2009 at Denso Manufacturing, later working in administration for four years at Calhoun County Medical Care Facility.  Linda enjoyed shopping, watching and talking with people, and spending time with her grandson.  She is survived by her daughter; Kim (Gene) Case of Battle Creek, sister; Barbara Myers of Battle Creek; and her grandson; Logan Case.  Friends are being received on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at the funeral home, with Pastor Tom Schwartz officiating, interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Calhoun County Medical Care Facility.   Condolences may be left for the family at www.henryfuneralhome.org
