Lisa M. Winn, age 56, of Tawas City died on Friday, Dec. 2, 2016 at her home with her family by her side. She was born on Jan. 25, 1960 in Canton, Ohio. Lisa was raised there but later moved to Ossineke in 2002 and to Tawas City in 2007. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse and worked for 10 years at Tendercare Nursing Home in Alpena and Tawas City. More recently, Lisa worked at Lakeview Nursing Home in Tawas City. She enjoyed gardening, traveling, camping, cross country skiing, cooking and especially spending time with her grandchildren. Lisa was a member of Tawas United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, Frederick Winn, whom she married on Jan. 27, 2007 in Tawas City; her children, Joshua (Nikki) Binkley of Alpena, Jessica Binkley and Krista Binkley; step children, Jesse Winn, Nathan Winn, Jacob Winn and Marissa Winn. Lisa is also survived by brother, Steven Engleman of Canton, Ohio; sister, Rhonda Engleman of Minnesota; uncle, Jerry Diehl; aunt, Jennette Gessling; five grandchildren, Savanna Skiera, Brayden Binkley, Bryce Binkley, Owen Winn and Avery Winn; father-in-law, Frank Winn Sr.; sister-in-law, Kathy Ciatti; brother-in-law, Frank Winn Jr.; and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Engleman; mother, Irene Dayton (Diehl); uncle, Ralph Diehl; and aunt, Donna Amos. The family will receive friends on Saturday, Dec. 10 from 10 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 11 a.m. at Tawas United Methodist Church with Rev. Dan Gonder officiating.
