Patricia FoleyApplegateAPPLEGATE- Patricia "Pat" Foley, age 86, a resident of Applegate passed away on Monday, May 29, 2017 at the Stonegate Village in Sandusky.     She was born on August 28, 1930 in Newberry, Michigan a daughter of the late Louis and Elsie (Slaght) LaForest.  Patricia married Thomas J. Foley on August 26, 1950 in Newberry.   Pat  attended Northern Michigan University.  She was a member of St. Denis Catholic Church in Lexington and a past member of the St. Denis Altar Society.  Pat was very artisitic and she enjoyed flower gardening and decorating.      She is survived by her husband Thomas J.  Foley of Applegate, four sons Thomas M., Peter D., Stephen P. and David P.  and  her  daughter Margaret A.    Six grandchildren and three great grandchidren.  Numerous  nieces and nephews.      Pat was preceded in death  by her infant son, Patrick J.  and  her  daughter Mary C. ; two  sisters, Jean and Jennifer and her brother Terry.         Visitation will be from  3-9 on Thursday at the Pomeroy Funeral Home in Lexington.  Rosary Devotions will be held at 7 P.M. Thursday evening.  Funeral Mass will be held at 11 A.M. on Friday at Ave Maria Parish-St. Denis Catholic Church in Lexington, with visiting at the church from 10-11 on Friday.  Fr. Donald J. Eppenbrock will officiate.  Inurnment will be in the St. Denis Cemetery. Memorials in memory of Pat may be made to Ave Maria Parish.
