REMEMBERING.
Quintin Johnny Knox transitioned on January 20, 2022 at the age of 55 surrounded by loved ones including family and friends. Quintin was born on September 18, 1966 in Kalamazoo, Michigan to his parents: Eugene Johnny and Lou Ella Knox. He then moved to Long Beach, California and graduated from Poly High School. Following this graduation, he returned to Kalamazoo to further his education at Kalamazoo Valley Community College.
Quintin enjoyed Cadillacs from polishing and working on them to owning a few of his own. He also enjoyed playing basketball with anybody who he believed was competition. You could also challenge him in shooting pool and if you knew him, he wasn't likely to turn down any challenges. He will be remembered as the life of the party by all.
Quintin is preceded in death by his father Eugene Knox and his sisters; Sheila Ware and Louisa Knox.
Quintin leaves to cherish his memory to his sisters: Rochelle Harrison, Roslyn Knox and Raven Knox. His brothers: Carlos and Ricardo Knox. His children: Carmen Knox, Janaya Ebonique Bogan, Jonathon Dennis Moore, Tory Knox, Latisha Gillespie, Quintin Jonathan Knox, Quintana Joi Knox, Quallin Knox, Quintin Johnny Knox, Quella Knox, and Quanna Knox, Quintin Seville Knox, Chana Redden, Charla Redden and Audia Smith all of Kalamazoo, MI. His grand-children: Ja'Oni Antony Bruce, Ka'Oni Zhane Bogan, Theodore Quasi Knox, Christopher Franklin, Christopher Franklin, and Sa"Maria Smith. His nieces and nephews: Michael Harrison, Amanda Harrison, Paul Harrison, Danielle Lockett, Narambra Lockett, Deshawn Knox, Genella Knox, Jaleel Knox, Kiara Knox, Jalen Knox, Janae Knox, Reanna Mathis, Don Mathis, Airee Blalark, Marquese Knox, Krystal Ware, Brandon Ware, Anthony Harris, Bobby Harris and Nigel Head. Two special friends: Thomas*T* Martin and Robert Lee Lipsey. A host of cousins, family and friends.
