Randall Moseley, age 61, of East Tawas died on Monday, March 21, 2011, at St. Mary's Medical Center in Saginaw. He was born on Dec. 23, 1949, in Pennington Gap, Va., to the late Leonard and Juanita Moseley (nee Carter). Randy moved to Flint when he was 21 years old and resided there until moving to the Tawas area in 1993. He earned an associate's degree in business from Baker College and worked as a retail manager. Randy was also active with the Tawas Bay Tourist Bureau. He enjoyed model cars, crafts, collecting Pepsi memorabilia and working on automobiles. Randy also collected guns and was a member of the NRA. He married his wife, Labecca, on Oct. 14, 2000, in Tawas City. In addition to his wife, Becky, he is survived by four sons, Shawn Bailey, Shane Moseley, Gary (Teresa) Moseley and Tyler Rood; granddaughter, Felicia Moseley; and sisters, Linda and Joyce. The family received friends on Saturday from noon until the time of the funeral service at Buresh Funeral Home in Tawas City.
