Richard Welch, 70, passed on June 21, 2021. He was born on June 14, 1951.

He married Dorcas and they lived together in Hillman, Michigan. Together they raised 3 children Sheeah , Darlene, Richard. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.

Richard worked at Michigan medical center until he retired in 2006 and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people and helping others whenever able.
