Rose M. SchneiderColumbus Twp.Rose M. Schneider, age 93, of Columbus Twp., passed away March 12, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 30, 1924 in Marine City to the late Joseph and Mary Zweng. She married Russell Schneider on September 28, 1946. He preceded her in death on July 7, 1991.She enjoyed gardening and country life. She loved spending time with her family most of all.She is survived by her sons; Al (Sue) Schneider, Marv (Karen) Schneider, and daughter in-law; Darlene Schneider. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and friends.She was preceded in death by her sons; Gary Schneider and Paul Schneider along with her 11 brothers and sisters.Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. at L.C. Friederichs and Son Funeral Home, St. Clair. Visiting hours will be Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Thursday one hour prior to the service. A rosary will be said at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday.
