Celebration of life

Sandra K. Robinson was born June 24, 1957 to the union of the late Tony Lane & Norris Greer Lane in San Augustine, Texas.  She was educated in the San Augustine Public Schools where she graduated from San Augustine High School.

Upon relocating to Beaumont, Texas Sandra attended Chenier Business College to further her education.

Sandra united with the Scott Olive Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. A.L. Jones and remain a faithful member under Rev. David L. Hudson until her untimely passing.

On September 2, 1980 Sandra began her employment with the Beaumont Independent School District Transportation Department a career that would span over 4 decades (40 years and 2 months to be exact). Not only was transportation Sandra’s career but it became her passion as she had a lasting impact on all in whom she came in contact with.

Cherishing her memories are her children daughter Chandra “Chan” Robinson, son Clyde “CJ” Robinson; sister Ella Jones (Darryl); six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, and a host of other family and friends. And of course, her Beaumont Independent School District Transportation Department.
