Sharleen Ada Barr, 74, of Litchfield, Michigan, passed away Thursday, November 10, 2016 at the University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She was born on January 19, 1942 in Ypsilanti, Michigan to Kenneth and Ada (Caroen) Coe. Sharleen married Leo Barr on September 2, 1962 and they had one son, Tyson Lynn Barr. She is survived by her husband, Leo Barr; one son, Tyson Lynn Barr; mother, Ada Coe; one brother-in-law, Clifford Barr and one sister-in-law, Judy (Barr) Evers. She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Coe; one brother, Theodore Allen Coe and one brother-in-law, Orin Evers.Sharleen graduated from Camden-Frontier High School in 1961 and attended Eastern Michigan University. She worked at the Credit Bureau in Hillsdale, and also worked in accounting at the Gambles Warehouse in Coldwater and at Hoover Ball Bearing in Ypsilanti. She lived most of her life in Michigan, but also lived for a time in Indiana, Florida and Tokyo, Japan. She enjoyed sewing, making quilts, cooking and gardening.Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be planned for a later date.
