Thomas E. Taylor, age 58, of Roseville, and formerly of Oscoda and Harrisville, died on Friday, Aug. 17, 2012 in Clinton Township.He was born on Aug. 6, 1954 in Flint to Earl and Geneve Taylor (nee Belesta). Tom served seven years in the United States Army and later worked as a drywall union worker and a motorcycle and automobile mechanic. He enjoyed riding his motorcycles, spending time with his children and building and fixing motorcycles. He is survived by his son, Patrick Taylor of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Jenni Taylor of Oscoda; sister, Virginia Phipps of Mt. Pleasant; sister, Vicki User of Champion; and sister, Penny Stoyke of Oscoda. Tom is also survived by three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Taylor in 1983; mother, Geneve Taylor in 1995; brother, Patrick Taylor in 1962; and son, Brandon Taylor in 1988. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Sept. 8 at 11 a.m. at Buresh Funeral Home in Oscoda.
