Virginia Berg, of Gladwin, Michigan, passed away peacefully in her sleep on June 1, 2024, at the age of 91.

She was born on April 13, 1933, to Walter and Nellie Kern. In 1953, she married the love of her life, Richard Berg, and together they raised one daughter, Karen Justin, who she adored.

Virginia was a proud graduate of Gladwin High School, class of 1952. She dedicated her working years to Gladwin Community Schools and also spent time volunteering with the Gladwin Goodfellows organization.

When she wasn't busy with her family or work, Virginia enjoyed camping, crocheting, and shopping. Her zest for life and love for those around her was apparent to all who knew her.

She is survived by her daughter Karen, son-in-law Mark Justin, and four cherished grandchildren.

Virginia's bright smile and warm spirit will be deeply missed by all who were lucky enough to know her. Rest in peace, Virginia.
